As A Junior:Â Clocked a 25.28 in the 50-yard freestyle at the New England Catholic Invitational, placing 15th... Finished first in the 50-meter freestyle against Fairfield (27.27)... Placed fifth in the 50-yard freestyle at the Harold Anderson Invitational (24.42)... Finished eighth in the 50-yard freestyle at the BIG EAST Championships, improving the program record to 23.81.
As a Freshman: Placed first in the 50 yard freestyle (24.96) and third in the 100 freestyle (55.28) against URI…Placed third in the 200 scm freestyle (2:11.91), first in the 50 scm freestyle (26.84) which set a new school record, and placed fourth in the 100 scm freestyle (1:00.77) against Fairfield… At the Harold Anderson Invitational, Zawacki placed second in the 50 freestyle (24.44), 14th in the 200 yard freestyle (1:58.41), and third in the 100 freestyle (53.58)…Placed third in the 100 freestyle and second in the 50 freestyle against Holy Cross…Placed second in both the 50 and 100 against Maine…Zawacki qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in Geneva, Ohio, where she competed in the 50 freestyle, the 200 freestyle, and placed 16th in the 100 freestyle (52.91). She was also a member of the 800 freestyle relay that placed fifth, the 200 medley relay that placed sixth, the 200 freestyle relay that placed fifth and set a new school record, and the 400 medley relay that placed sixth, and the 400 freestyle relay that placed sixth.Â
Before Providence: Earned four varsity letters swimming at Notre Dame Academy… captain during senior year... captain of Webbs Tornadoes Club Swim Team 2015-2017… Catholic Conference Champions 2017… named Boston Globe All-Scholastic junior and senior year… named Boston Herald All-Scholastic junior and senior year… named All-American Academic senior year… on the Catholic Conference All-Star Team in 2014…apart of National Honor Society in 2017… apart of the National Spanish Honors Society in 2017… awarded the National Spanish Exam Award in 2013… member of SADD, TASC, Spanish Club, and Key Club.
