As A Senior: Placed 24th in the 100-yard backstroke at the New England Catholic Invitational (1:04.71)... Placed 20th at the Harold Anderson Invitational in the 200-yard backstroke (2:11.77).

As a Sophomore: Placed seventh in the 50 backstroke (30.88) and seventh in the 100 backstroke (1:05.11) against URI…placed sixth in the 200 scm backstroke (2:37.06) against Fairfield…At the Harold Anderson Invitational, McCann placed 27th in the 200 IM (2:17.04), 27th in the 100 backstroke (1:02.87), and 20th in the 200 backstroke (2:13.11)…Placed sixth in the 200 backstroke (2:21.81) against Holy Cross…McCann qualified for the BIG EAST Championships and competed in the 200 IM, 100 backstroke, and 200 backstroke.

As a Freshman: Was a member of the fifth place 200-yard medley relay, placed seventh in the 100 backstroke (1:05.61), ninth place in the 200 backstroke (2:21.60), and seventh place in the 200IM (2:27.04) against Seton Hall on October 29… Was a member of the sixth place 200 scm medley relay, placed sixth in the 100scm backstroke (1:13.49), and swam the 100 scm IM (1:14.45) against URI on November 4…At the Harold Anderson Invitational, McCann was a member of the 400-yard medley relay, placed 24th in the 200 IM (2:19.28), 21st in the 100 backstroke (1:03.08) and 15th in the 200 backstroke (2:13.75) … McCann qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 200 IM, 100 backstroke, and 200 backstroke. She swam a 2:19.28 in the IM, 1:03.32 in the 100 backstroke, and 2:17.88 in the 200 backstroke.

Before Providence: Swam for Bishop Guertin High School, and earned four varsity letters…Earned the team’s MVP award in 2014 and 2016…2016 New Hampshire State Champion in the 200y medley relay and 200y freestyle relay…Led her team to the New Hampshire State League Championship (Executive Swim Club) in 2015 and 2016… School record holder in the 500-freestyle, 100-backstroke and 200-IM.

Personal: Born April 05, 1998…Daughter to Jeanne Marie and Gregory McCann…Has one brother, Brendan…Majoring in health policy and management.
