-Both teams skated scoreless through the first 20 minutes. Shots on goal were 11-4 in favor of the Bulldogs and neither team had a power-play opportunity.
-The Bulldogs opened the scoring at 7:41 of the second period on an odd-man rush finish from Hannah Weyerhaeuser. Jordan Ray and Sophia Levering earned the assists.
-The Friars responded at 15:57 of the second period when senior

-Providence was unsuccessful on one power play opportunity in the period.
-Yale regained the lead at 3:46 of the third period on Weyerhaeuser's second goal of the night as a Bulldog power play was expiring. Cami Bell and Avery Muhn recorded the assists.
-The Bulldogs extended their lead to 3-1 with 3:13 remaining in regulation on a power play goal from Weyerhaeuser, her third of the game. Carina DiAntonio and Jordan Ray earned the assists.
-With the extra skater, the Friars cut the deficit to 3-2 with 53 seconds remaining on sophomore
Emma Hofbauer's goal. Junior

Reichen Kirchmair (Oakville, Ontario) recorded the assists. Kirchmair became the third Friar to double-digit assists with the goal.
-With one second remaining, the Bulldogs secured the victory on an empty-net goal from Ray, assisted by Naomi Boucher.

Hope Walinski (Lincoln, R.I.) made 28 saves for the Friars.
-Providence is now 26-9-2 all-time against Yale while Head Coach
