PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College volleyball team is set to play at Butler on Sunday, Oct. 13. The match is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. in Indianapolis, Ind.

SCOUTING THE FRIARS… The Friars enter the weekend with a 7-9 record, including an 0-5 in the BIG EAST. Most recently, the Friars were defeated by UConn (3-0) on Oct. 9 in Storrs, Conn.
Shaliyah Rhoden (Rowlett, Texas) leads the Friars' offense with 171 kills.
Kayla Grant (Rowlett Texas) leads Providence with 60 blocks and has recorded 125 kills and 13 aces.
Jiji Lykins (Coral Spring, Fla.) has tallied 203 digs and averages 3.27 digs per set.
Miller McDonald (Dallas, Texas) leads the Friars with 380 assists and reached 1000 career assists against UConn.
SCOUTING BUTLER… The Bulldogs enter the weekend with a 2-14 record and are 0-4 in the BIG EAST. Most recently, Butler was defeated by No. 6 Creighton (3-0) on Oct. 4 and Marquette (3-0) on Oct. 6.
Senior Abby Maesch leads the Bulldog's offense with 160 kills.
Freshman Lauren Evans has tallied 150 digs and 18 aces.
Sophomore Elise Ward has recorded 125 kills, 103 digs and 11 aces.
Junior Cora Taylor leads Butler with 478 assists and averages 8.45 assists a set.
