AKRON, OHIO- The Providence College men's soccer team  earned a point in the standings with its 3-3 tie against No. 3 Akron in the 2023 BIG EAST Conference opener for both teams.  It was the first meeting all-time between the two programs as the Zips are in their first season as a member of the BIG EAST.
