PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Providence College women's soccer team defeated the Creighton Blue Jays, 3-1, on Sunday, Oct.1 on Chapey Field at Anderson Field in Providence, R.I. Senior forward
Meg Hughes (Rochester, Mass.) scored two goals in the match to lead the Friars and now ranks in the top seven all-time in career scoring at Providence College with 55 points. It marked the second two-goal game of Hughes' career.
