-Both teams skated through the first two periods scoreless. The Wildcats outshot the Friars, 27-12, in that time.
-New Hampshire's Lauren Martin netted the game winning goal in the final 1:32 of regulation, for a 1-0 Wildcat's win.
-The Friars finished out regulation with a 6-on-4 advantage after UNH's Chavonne Truter was sent off for roughing at 18:28 and
Sandra Abstreiter (Freising, Germany) was pulled from net, but were unable to find the equalizer.
-Abstreiter finished the night with 37 saves.
