PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Amid a number of postponements this season, the Providence College women's basketball team has rescheduled its game against St. John's. The two teams were originally scheduled to play on Jan. 30, but have agreed to get that game in on Sunday, Feb. 21 at 2:00 p.m. in Queens, N.Y.
Providence and St. John's met earlier this season on Dec. 19 at Alumni Hall in Providence, R.I. The Friars claimed a 76-53 victory on that day.
In addition to the rescheduled game against the Red Storm on Feb. 21, the Friars have four other games remaining on the schedule: at Creighton (Feb. 10), vs. Marquette (Feb. 13), at Seton Hall (Feb. 20) and vs. DePaul (Feb. 27).
