Friars extend current pause in team activity; Game at St. John's on Jan. 30 will be postponed.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College women's basketball team announced it will extend its current pause in team activity due to COVID-19 related issues. The Friars, who previously halted team activity on Jan. 12, has postponed their game at St. John's on Jan. 30.
The Friars will return to action on Tuesday, Feb. 2 against Xavier. The game is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. at Alumni Hall in Providence, R.I.
