Providence, R.I. – The Providence College men's and women's swimming and diving split their meet today, Nov. 2, against Fairfield University. In a meet that wasn't decided until the final race of the day, the Friar women narrowly defeated the Stags, 151-149. The men's team fell short against Fairfield but had a program record-setting effort in the 800-meter freestyle relay.
