A 7-0 run by the Hoyas late in the quarter provided a 45-43 lead with 32-seconds left on the clock.  Senior Maddie Jolin (Rehoboth, Mass.) sank a pair of free throws with seven seconds remaining to tie the game, 45-45, heading into the final frame.

Georgetown opened the fourth quarter on a 7-0 run in the first two minutes of action to take a 52-45 lead and force a Providence timeout. The Hoyas' run continued out of the break with six-consecutive points to make it an 13-0 run (57-45).

Jovana Nogic (Belgrade, Serbia) finally got the Friars on the board with 5:34 left in the game on a spinning shot in the lane, but the Hoyas answered right back on their next possession to lead 60-47 heading into the media timeout (4:28).

Ultimately, the Friars were out-scored 23-7 in the final 10 minutes of play, allowing the Hoyas to take the 16-point victory.
