Shelby Hogan tallied a career-high in saves, with 14, as the Providence College women's soccer team picked up a draw against Arkansas, 1-1. The game was played on Razorback Field in Fayetteville, Ark. on Sunday, Sept. 16.

GAME FLOW & NOTES
- Arkansas tested
Shelby Hogan (Franklin, Mass.) in the first 10 minutes, sending multiple crosses into the box. Hogan either punched the ball out or cut the cross off in each opportunity.
- Taylor Malham almost took the lead for the Razorbacks in the 14
th minute. Providence tried to clear a cross from Arkansas and it deflected off another defender to leave an open shot for Malham from about 10 yards out. Hogan made the save on the eventual shot from Malham.
- The Friars had their first opportunity of the game in the 22nd minute as
Amber Birchwell (Mastic, N.Y.) played a dangerous ball into the box.
Elayna Grillakis ran onto the ball and tried to loft it over the goalie, who was off her line, but she put the shot about five feet left of the post.
- Arkansas outshot Providence 8-3 in the first half.
- Arkansas' Parker Goins hit a well struck shot from about 22 yards out in the 51
st minute, Hogan deflected the ball off the crossbar before jumping on the rebound.
- The Razorbacks took the lead in the 79
th minute with a deflected ball that Stefani Doyle slipped by Hogan.
- Providence did not take long to respond as Birchwell tied it up in the 84
th minute with a right footed finish off of
Casey Estey's (Kensington, N.H.) cross.
- Arkansas outshot Providence, 26-6, in regulation.
- Hogan tied her career-high for saves with her 13th of the game in the 98
th minute. She made the save on a full-extension dive to keep the game tied, 1-1.
- The Razorbacks came close to ending the game in the 103rd minute with a cross that bounced around on the goal line. Hogan jumped on the ball before Arkansas could tap it in.
- During the second overtime period both teams traded opportunities, but neither team could finish to end the game with a golden goal.
