Providence College Athletic Department Holds Season Ticket Holder Appreciation Party

On Thursday, Sept. 11, the Providence College Athletic Department hosted the fifth annual season ticket holder appreciation party on the Slavin Center lawn on the Providence College campus. More than 1,200 fans attended the event and heard from BIG EAST Associate Commissioner Stu Jackson, PC Athletic Director Bob Driscoll, men's basketball Head Coach Ed Cooley, men's ice hockey Head Coach Nate Leaman and women's basketball student-athlete Evi Iiskola (Espoo, Finland).
The event was developed as a way to show appreciation for each of the College's season ticket holders. It also provided fans the ability to meet members of the coaching staff and members of the men's basketball, men's ice hockey and women's basketball teams in a casual setting. Members of the ticket office also were on hand to help with ticket renewals and purchases.
