What should PC fans expect to see from Morgan State tonight?

Morgan State is a very talented team that not only was in the NCAA Tournament last year, but is projected to return again this season. They opened up their season Saturday on the road at Loyola-Marymount with an impressive 81-79 victory. 6'8 guard DeWayne Jackson hit 7-11 from behind the three-point line and finished 10-18 from the field for a game-high 31 points. 6'9 Kevin Thompson provided the inside game with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Fans should expect to see a talented team that has the outside threat, but also a very strong inside presence as they go 6'8, 6'9, 6'10 across the line.

What are some of the keys to the game?

The transition game is going to be a key for both teams tonight. We must attack Morgan State on the break before they can get set in the half-court. On the defensive end of the court, we need to continue to work on our interim defense in "scramble" situations and identify our opponent's top threats.

What do the Friars need to improve upon going into tonight?

This early in the season we need to improve in all facets of the game. One area of focus going into our game tonight is to execute better on the offensive end. Our fastbreak offense is improving as well as our half-court sets, however, we have to limit the possessions that don't fall into either category.
