Dylan Wykes Named NEICAAA Track Athlete of the Week

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Providence College men's indoor track standout Dylan Wykes (Kingston, Ontario) was named New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) Division I male athlete of the week on Monday, February 9.
Wykes and the Friars competed at the Boston University Five-Way Meet on Saturday, February 7. Wykes finished first in the mile in a personal best time of 4:01.15. His time set a new facility record in the event and he also qualified provisionally for the NCAA's.
Providence is back in action on February 13-14 at the St. Valentine Invitational in Boston, Mass.
