Catalina Mazo begins her first season with the women's soccer program as a team manager. Mazo was a member of the Friars' roster for one season (2015), during the team's run to the BIG EAST Championship game and a program-record 13 victories.

Prior to arriving at Providence, Mazo earned a total of eight varsity letters in soccer and softball at Moses Brown, and also served as captain for both teams. She was a three-time All-State honoree and was named to the 2012 All-Division Team. In 2009, Mazo was a National Pool Member. She played club soccer for the Bayside Bolts for six seasons.

Mazo is currently a sophomore at Providence College and is expected to graduate in May 2019.
