PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Providence College is the host of the 2003 NCAA Division I Men's Ice Hockey East Regional Championship. The four-team field comprised of Boston College, Cornell, Ohio State and Minnesota State University - Mankato, will be in action on March 29-30 at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, R.I.

Tournament events began on Friday, March 28 with open team practices and pre-championship press conferences with each of the participating schools.
