Friars Announce Postseason Awards Banquet Schedule

Men's and Women's Basketball And Hockey Banquet Schedule Set

Providence, R.I. - With the end of the winter sports seasons comes the early spring banquet season and Providence College has set its post-season banquet schedule for men's and women's basketball and ice hockey. Here's a look at the upcoming banquet schedule:

Men's Basketball - Thursday, April 13th

Head Coach Tim Welsh and the 1999-2000 basketball Friars will be honored at the annual basketball banquet will be held on Thursday, April 13th at the Providence Biltmore Hotel. Men's Ice Hockey - Friday, April 14th

Head Coach Paul Pooley and the 1999-2000 hockey Friars will be honored at the annual postseason awards banquet that will be held on Friday, April 14th at the Providence Marriott Hotel. Cocktails are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. and dinner is set for 7:00 p.m. Tickets for the men's hockey banquet are $30.00. Women's Basketball - Saturday, April 15th

The Providence College women's basketball team will hold its annual postseason banquet on Saturday, April 15th at the Providence Marriott. Besides honoring the 1999-2000 Friars, the banquet will also honor the 25 years of the Providence College women's basketball program. Cocktails are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. with the dinner scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the women's banquet are $35.00. Women's Ice Hockey - Sunday, April 16th

Head Coach Bob Deraney and the 1999-2000 Providence College women's hockey team will be honored at their post season banquet on Sunday, April 16th at the Providence Marriott.
