Cormac Dixon Named BIG EAST Male Co-Athlete Of The Week

Dixon finished as the top Friar at the Princeton Fall Classic.
PROVIDENCE, R.I.– It was announced on Tuesday, Oct. 22, that Providence College sophomore Cormac Dixon (Dublin, Ireland) was named BIG EAST Cross Country Male Co-Athlete of the Week. Dixon earned the honor after finishing as the top Friar at the Princeton Fall Classic on Friday, Oct. 17.
Dixon finished 23rd in a time of 23:36.6 and helped the Friar men to a ninth-place finish (288 points) out of 31 teams in the 8k race.
The Friars will return to action on Friday, Oct. 24 at the Rothenberg Run at the Mark Coogan Cross Country Course at Highland Park in Attleboro, Mass.
