HAMDEN, CONN.– The Providence College women's hockey team was defeated by No. 10 Quinnipiac, 1-0, on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at M&T Bank Arena in Hamden, Conn. The Friars moved to 2-1-0 on the season, while Quinnipiac improved to 4-1-0. Goaltender Hope Walinski (Lincoln, R.I.) finished the night with 33 saves.
