PROVIDENCE, R.I. -Â The Providence College women's tennis team fell to Bryant University in a dual match, 5-2, on Saturday, October 19 at the Providence College Tennis Courts.

Mae Abreu earned a victory out of the No. 3 doubles slot, 6-3. In singles play,
Elise Leik and Gabriella Planowski earn wins for the Friars out of the No. 5 and No. 6 positions, respectively. Leik defeated Aurora Pedwell, 6-4, 3-6, 10-8 while Planowski downed Lucia Pino, 7-5, 6-1. The Bulldogs claimed the doubles point and top-four singles matches.
The Friars conclude their fall schedule with the URI Invitational from Oct. 26-27 in Kingston, R.I.
