Abdel Laadjel and Michael Morgan Compete At U23 European Cross Country Championship

BRUSSELS, Belgium – Providence College runners Abdel Laadjel (Lucan, Ireland) and Michael Morgan (Sligo, Ireland) represented Ireland in the U23 European Cross Country Championship on Dec. 10 in Brussels, Belgium.

Laadjel finished 51st in a time of 25:25 and Morgan followed in 54th place with a time of 25:39. 

Former Friar Hugh Armstrong '17 finished 20th in the senior race with a time of 30:56. Incoming freshman Anna Gardiner ran a time of 19:31 to place seventh in the U20 race.
