Corinne Dente Earns BIG EAST Weekly Women’s Soccer Award

Dente was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll.
NEW YORK, N.Y. – Providence College Women's soccer player Corinne Dente (Stamford, Conn.) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll. The Friars won their last regular season game against Villanova, 1-0.
Dente, who was named to the Weekly Honor Roll, scored the game-winning goal in the team's last regular season game. She registered 60 minutes in the game and had two shots. She now has two goals and two assists on the year totaling six points.
Providence defeated St. John's, 1-0, on Sunday, October 29 in the First Round of the BIG EAST Tournament. The Friars play Xavier in the Semifinals of the BIG EAST Tournament on Thursday, November 2 at 4 p.m. in Boyds, Md.
