McBride, Mouratidis To Participate In Women’s Soccer Canadian National Team U-20 Camp

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Providence College women's soccer incoming freshmen, Ella McBride and Thaea Mouratidis, will compete in the upcoming Women's Soccer Canadian National Team U-20 camp set to take place in Markham, Ontario. The camp is set to be held July 6-10 as announced last week.
The camp features the best female soccer players in Canada under the age of 20 and marks the final preparations for Team Canada ahead of the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Costa Rica from August 10-28.
Both, McBride and Mouratidis, will begin their careers with the Friars this fall. McBride, a forward, will join the team from Peterborough, Canada. Mouratidis will join the Friars as a midfielder from Scarborough, Canada. She has previously represented Canada as a member of its U-15 and U-17 National Programs.
