Ava Larkin earned two first-place finishes to pace the Friars.

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Providence College women's swimming and diving team fell to Bryant, 163-134, in dual meet action on Nov. 4 in Smithfield, R.I.
 
The Friars swept the top-three spots in the 100-yard breaststroke and were paced by Ava Larkin (1:10.05). Hannah Weber (1:10.21) and Julia McCarthy (1:11.88) finished second and third, respectively. Larkin also won the 200-yard breaststroke (2:31.83), with Maddy O'Connor (2:33.58) and Weber (2:35.97) helping to sweep the top three spots as well.
 
Sally Alrutz claimed first place in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:00.71., while O'Connor took the win in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:13.03.
 
Courtney Reilly topped the field in the 100-yard freestyle, finishing in 54.50, just a tenth of a second ahead of the second-place finisher.
 
The 400-yard freestyle relay team of Alrutz, Annie Gathof, Grace Erickson and Reilly claimed victory in a time of 3:44.13.
