PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The National Field Hockey Coaches' Association released its All-Region selections on Tuesday, Nov. 22. Providence College's
Nora Goddard-Despot was named to the All-Northeast Region Second Team. It marks the first regional recognition of her career and comes on the heels of earning All-BIG EAST Second Team honors.

2022 NFHCA Division I All-Region Teams
During the 2022 campaign, Goddard-Despot started all 17 games and recorded nine points on three goals and three assists. Six of her nine points came during BIG EAST Conference action, with two goals and two assists. Through four seasons of collegiate field hockey, she has played 59 games and appeared in the starting line-up 44 times. Goddard-Despot has registered 27 career points on nine goals and nine assists, including three game-winning goals.
As a junior in 2021, Goddard-Despot was among the list of players on the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team. Additionally, she is an active member of Canada's Junior Women's National Team and has competed most recently in the Junior World Cup and the Pan American Cup.
