PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College women's tennis team was defeated by Siena College, 7-0, in dual match play on Saturday at Centre Court in East Providence, R.I.
Providence fell just short in doubles play after a strong match from
Aidan Epstein and
Haley Gurski netted a 6-2 win, but Siena claimed the other two doubles matches to earn the point. Singles play was tightly contested as
Natalie Pitocco and
Mimi Dailey forced third-set tiebreakers before ultimately falling to their opponents.
