Providence's Trevor Davock Named To The CoSIDA Academic All-District 1 First Team

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Providence College men's soccer redshirt senior Trevor Davock (Medway, Mass.) was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 1 First Team on Thursday, Nov. 7. The 2019 Academic All-District® Men's Soccer Team, selected by CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
 
Davock is earning a Master of Business Administration and has a 3.83 GPA.  Honorees selected first-team Academic All-District® will advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® ballot. Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early December.
 
Davock has started 13 games of the 15 he has played in his single season as a Friar. He recorded nine points in regular season play on three goals and three assists. He scored the game-winning goal over Albany (1-0) on Sept. 6. He also scored the golden goal to beat New England rival UConn (2-1) on Oct. 8. He was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on (Sept. 9).
