Katie Day Honored By United Soccer Coaches

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - United Soccer Coaches announced its Scholar All-Region Team selections today (Dec. 13). Junior Katie Day (East Kingston, N.H.) represented the Friars on the All-East Region Team. The defender is completing a degree in elementary and special education and holds a 3.47 GPA at Providence College.

Day earned a number of awards at the conclusion of the 2017 season, including BIG EAST First Team and All-Tournament honors and United Soccer Coaches All-Midwest Team.
