Jarrod Neumann Named To BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

Providence, R.I. - Providence College men's lacrosse junior Jarrod Neumann (Springfield, Mass.) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll today (April 18). The honor marks Neumann's first BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll this season.
Neumann was a critical leader in the Friars defense against then-ranked No. 19 Marquette on April 16. With four ground balls, Neumann led Providence's defensive unit to hold the Golden Eagles to just one goal in the second half, and scoreless in the final quarter of the game. He also helped keep Marquette scoreless on man-up opportunities.
