WORCESTER, Mass. - Providence College women's soccer tied Holy Cross, 0-0, on Wednesday, September 6 in Worcester, Mass.

The game was a defensive battle with Providence holding the shot advantage, 5-4, over the Crusaders. With the tie, Providence is now 3-1-1 and Holy Cross is 2-1-1. Sophomore goalkeeper Caitlin Walker (Metuchen, N.J.) picks up the shutout behind the strong play of the Friars' backline.

The Friars are back in action on Friday, September 11 when they host Siena beginning at 4:00 p.m.
