Spenser McElhoney was named Assistant Athletic Director of Ticket Sales at Providence College and Operations in 2019. Â
In his position, McElhoney manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Athletics Ticketing Office. He directly oversees men’s basketball ticketing, office policies, and the PC ticket website. Â
Prior to being promoted to his current position at PC, McElhoney joined the Friars in 2018 as Assistant Ticket Manager. Before coming to PC, McElhoney worked for the University of Connecticut as a Ticket Office Assistant (2016-18) and the University of Massachusetts as Ticket Operations Coordinator (2015-16). Â
In 2015 McElhoney earned a Bachelor's of Sports Management degree from UMass, where he was a four-year manager for the men’s basketball team. Â
McElhoney is a member of NAATSO (National Association of Athletic Ticket Sales & Operations) where he has served on numerous committees. Â
McElhoney currently resides in Providence and is originally from Beacon, New York. Â
