Sebastian Correia joined Providence College as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in September 2026.
In his current role, Correia serves as the Athletic Trainer for the softball and volleyball teams.
Before joining the Friars, Correia was an Athletic Training Intern with Rhode Island Football Club in 2025. In 2024, he interned at the University of Rhode Island, working with men's basketball, track and field and men's soccer. He also completed internships with Ortho Rhode Island, Springfield Central High School, Williston Northampton School and the University of Massachusetts football program.
Correia attended Springfield College, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2023. In 2025, he earned his master's degree in Athletic Training from Springfield College.
Correia is a native of West Warwick, R.I.
