Mariana Perez has served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and NIL Coordinator since August of 2024 and as an employee at Providence College since 2023.
 
In her role, Perez is responsible for upholding BIG EAST and Providence College rules and compliance. She oversees NIL activities, education, as well as the athletic scholarship budget.
 
Prior to arriving at Providence, Perez was an Assistant Director for Compliance at San Diego State (2022-23).
 
Perez graduated from Marquette University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with a minors in Criminology and Law Studies. She later received her law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
 
Perez grew up in Ramsey, N.J. She now lives in Johnston, R.I.
