Mike DeMars began his frist season as social media and content coordinator Providence College in November of 2021. He manages various social media accounts and content creation for PC. 


Prior to Providence College DeMars worked in corporate partnerships for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Baltimore Orioles over the course of 13 years. DeMars also has worked for the Worcester Red Sox as a producer and director of TV productions. He received a New England Emmy nomination for directing Worcester Red Sox broadcasts on NESN. 

Demars graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he earned a bachelor of sports management in 2004. He earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in management from Providence College in 2020. He also served as a graduate assistant at PC in the athletic video office. 

DeMars is from Maynard, Massachusetts where he was inducted into the Maynard High School Athletics Hall of Fame in 2015.
