As a junior: Played in the No. 6 singles position, posting a 4-5 record in the spring ... Posted a 8-7 record in the No. 3 doubles position with Nicole Cyterski in the spring ... Helped the Friars to their BIG EAST victory against Creighton in the first round of the Championships with her win with Cyterski in the No. 3 doubles position and with her win in the No. 6 singles position.

As a sophomore: Completed the year with a final record of 7-17 in singles play ... Held a 1-0 fall record and a 0-1 spring record in the No. 4 singles position ... Had a 1-1 fall record and a 4-8 spring record in the No. 5 singles position ... While partnered with Maria Clara Bernardez, posted a 2-1 fall record and a 0-1 spring record in the No. 1 doubles position ... Had a 0-2 spring record while partnered with Olivia Hogan in the No. 1 doubles position ... Held a 6-6 spring record while partnered with Alana Prinos in the No. 2 doubles position ... Posted a win in the No. 5 singles position and a victory with Prinos in the No. 2 doubles position in the Friars first BIG EAST win against Villanova on April 5 ... Named BIG EAST Women's Player of the Week on April 8.

As a freshman: Was undefeated in the fall at the No. 4 and No. 5 singles spot... During the spring held a 3-3 record at the No. 5 singles spot... Held a 1-1 record in the fall and a 6-2 record in the spring at the No. 6 singles spot... While partnered with Karen Ramirez, held a 1-1 record during the fall and a 0-1 record during the spring in the No. 1 doubles spot. In addition she held a 1-1 record at the No. 2 doubles spot... Was undefeated when partnered with Ramirez in the No. 3 doubles spot during the fall and held a 4-3 record during the spring... Held a 1-0 record when partnered with Alana Prinos in the #2 spot during the spring... While partnered with Olivia Hogan, held a 4-1 record in the #3 spot in the spring... Went undefeated at the USTA Invitational at No. 5 doubles with Karen Ramirez... Came away with a 1-0 record in the fall and a 3-3 record in the spring at the #5 singles position... At the #6 single position she posted a 1-1 record in the fall and a 6-2 record in the spring... Finished the 2012-13 season with an overall singles record of 18-11.

Before Providence: The native Rhode Islander played No. 1 singles for four years at North Kingstown High School. She capped off her impressive high school career by winning the 2011 Rhode Island Interscholastic League Girls Singles State Championship. She was named captain of the team in her junior and senior seasons and earned All-State and team MVP honors all four years. Zangari also is an honors student and competed on her high school track team. She is the daughter of Dana and Chris Zangari, and the oldest of four children.
