Reyna Frost embarks on her third season at Providence College as an Assistant Coach for Erin Batth's program in 2025-26. Prior to her arrival at Providence to start the 2023-24 campaign, Frost spent the previous two seasons as a graduate manager at Michigan, where she shared the sidelines with Batth during the 2022-23 campaign.
Michigan qualified for the NCAA Tournament during each of her two seasons with the program, advancing to the Elite Eight in 2021-22 and finishing with a 25-7 overall record. In 2022-23, the Maize and Blue posted a 23-10 overall record (11-7 Big Ten) and was ranked in the national polls for 19-consecutive weeks. Michigan was ranked as high as No. 12 during the 2022-23 campaign and checked in at No. 18 in the final poll heading into the NCAA Tournament. Michigan advanced to the Second Round, before falling to ninth-ranked and No. 3 seed LSU, 66-42, on March 19.
Prior to her arrival at Michigan, Frost spent the 2020-21 campaign at her alma mater, Central Michigan, as Director of Player Development. She helped guide CMU to the 2021 Mid-American Conference Tournament Title and an NCAA Tournament appearance. During her time as the director of player development, she helped with team travel, video breakdown, community outreach, scouting reports, position workouts, engaging with alumnae, social media and budget preparation.
During her playing career at Central Michigan, Frost was named the 2019 Mid-American Conference Player of the Year, earned Associated Press All-America Honorable Mention accolades, and graduated the all-time leader rebounding leader at Central Michigan and in the MAC, with 1,526 career boards. She helped CMU to the Sweet 16 in 2018 and to three MAC titles (2017, 2018, 2019). Frost ranks in the top five in scoring at Central Michigan with 1,794 points and scored a program-record 733 points during her senior season. She was a three-time Academic All-MAC selection and was named to the 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-America Third Team. A three-time member of the Dean's List at CMU, she graduated with a B.S. in mathematics.
Upon graduating from CMU, Frost played professionally for Basket Cost X L'Unicef in the A1 Italian League.
