Jack Benevides begins his first year as the assistant coordinator of video. For the last two years, he served as a video operations graduate assistant.  As a graduate assistant, he worked with the sports information and marketing teams at Providence College. 
 
In his current role, Benevides is the lead content producer for the Friar men’s basketball team.  He produces cinematic game recaps, hype videos, behind-the-scenes features, recruiting content, donor initiatives, player spotlights and video board content while serving as the liaison between the coaching staff, media relations and marketing departments.
 
He has created videos for multiple NBA games and NIKE Basketball events.  Benevides also has produced videos for the NBA athletes and league media personnel. 

Benevides received his bachelor's degree of arts at the University of Rhode Island in sports media in 2024.  He earned his master's degree at Providence College in education administration in 2026.  He also received a certificate in sports administration from PC.
