2023-24: Appeared in all 35 games … tallied six goals as well as a career-high in assists (11) for a career-high in points (17) … posted a +2 rating … finished with 92 shots on net and led the team in shots blocked with 57 … netted overtime game-winning goal against Northeastern (11/10) … also notched goals against Vermont (10/27), UMass (11/16), UConn (2/2), Maine (2/9), and Northeastern (3/9) … recorded three multi-point games, including career-high three assists in win over Stonehill (10/13) … named Hockey East Defender of the Week (10/9) … participated in the New York Rangers’ Development Camp … signed an entry-level contract with the Dallas Stars at the conclusion of the season.

2022-23: Second Team All-Ivy … Captain … Skated in all 30 games as a senior defenseman … Ranked second on the team with 14 assists and third on the team with 16 points … Led the team with 73 blocked shots and 73 shots on goal … Recorded two assists in Brown’s win at LIU (Dec. 3) … Added two assists in Brown’s win at #8 Merrimack (Jan. 7) … Scored a goal and added two assists against Dartmouth (Jan. 20) and added an assist in Brown’s win over #9 Harvard (Jan. 21) the next night.

2021-22: Served as assistant captain as a junior and earned Second Team All-Ivy Honors … Led the nation in blocked shots per game (3.23) and finished second in the NCAA in total blocks (100) … The first Bear in recorded history to record 100 or more blocks in a single season … Posted three goals and 10 assists for 13 points to finish tied for third on the team in scoring … Scored the game-winning goal in Brown’s win at Rensselaer (Jan. 22) … Scored in game 2 of the ECAC First Round Series at St. Lawrence (Mar. 5) … Recorded two assists in Brown’s loss at Yale (Dec. 10) … In 10 Ivy League games, was one of 11 defensemen with four or more points and blocked 36 shots to anchor Brown’s blue line in a 5-5 Ivy League season.

2020-21: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019-20: Played in all 31 games as a rookie defenseman … finished with four goals, five assists and nine points … scored his first career goal in the win over St. Lawrence (11/23) … led the Bears with 54 blocked shots and 1.74 blocks per game … had a season-high five blocks at Dartmouth (2/14) … scored the game-tying goal at Colgate (3/7) with 62 seconds left in regulation to force overtime in game two of the ECAC first round series … took 66 shots.

BEFORE BROWN: Played two seasons at the Salisbury School, where he served as team captain in 2018-19 … finished with nine goals and 23 assists for 32 points in 2018-19 … logged 58 games played in his two-year stint at the school … earned a spot on the SAC All-Tournament Team during the season and was named to the USHS All-USA Hockey Third Team … cum laude at Salisbury.
 
PERSONAL: Born on September 27, 2000 ... son of Stacy and Mark Krys … has two siblings, Chad and Aerin … father, Mark, was a defenseman at Boston University, serving as captain in 1990-91, and went on to play six years in the AHL and three years in the DEL … brother, Chad, also played at BU and currently plays in the AHL.
