Stephanie de Ravel received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University where she was a member of their cheerleading team. de Ravel was originally an elite gymnast and qualified for the Junior Olympics in 2008, she then made the switch to cheerleading in high school where she cheered for Montgomery High School (NJ) and World Cup All Stars. Upon graduating Seton Hall she enlisted in the United States Coast Guard where she served as an Operations Specialist primarily conducting search and rescue missions. 

She has been coaching cheerleading and tumbling for the last 3 years at the high school and All Star level in Rhode Island. She built up the cheerleading program at The Prout School and led the program to their first top 3 win in Division III. Additionally, she coached 3 teams for CheerFactor All Stars (RI) over the 2024-2025 season producing some of the highest scores the gym had seen.  

de Ravel places emphasis on her core values of discipline, mindset, and leadership as a coach. She strives to inspire young athletes to chase their dreams and work hard towards their goals both in cheerleading and in life.
