Providence Announces Dates for Swim Camp

Camp is longest running swim camp in Rhode Island.

PROVIDENCE, RI -- Providence College head coach John O'Neill and his staff have announced dates for the 1998 Swim Camps. The first session will be held June 21-25 and the second session will be June 29-July 3. Both camps will run from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm at the Peterson Recreation Center on the Providence College campus.

Campers, ages 8 and older, receive extensive stroke, turn and start work in a fun and motivating environment. O'Neill brings 17 years of college coaching experience and 20 years of age group and club coaching experience to his camps. A former BIG EAST, New England and National Catholic Coach of the Year, O'Neill has run camps and clinics for years and this camp held at Providence College is the longest ruinning camp in the state.
