Swimming & Diving Teams Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Team Honors

Honorees are required to achieve a grade-point average above a 3.0 during the Fall 2024 semester.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced the selection of 781 teams from 459 institutions for the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2024 semester. These teams, comprising 19,209 student-athletes, were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements. The Providence College men's and women's swimming & diving programs were among the list of honorees.
The Providence College women's team is comprised of 33 student-athletes and recorded a team GPA of 3.5. The men's team, which features 27 student-athletes posted a 3.4 team GPA this fall.
To earn this prestigious recognition, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) above 3.0 during the Fall 2024 semester. Of the selected teams, an impressive 654 recorded a GPA of 3.30 or higher, qualifying them for the Intercollegiate Coach Association Coalition All-Sport Academic Standings.
