Providence College Hockey to Celebrate Alumni Weekend on February 22, 2025

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College men's and women's hockey programs are inviting all Friar Hockey Alumni, Families, and Friends to join the programs on Saturday, February 22, 2025, for a special Alumni Weekend Celebration. The day will honor the 50th Anniversary of the women's hockey program and the 10th Anniversary of the men's National Championship Team, with a reception taking place on campus in the Ryan School of Business Atrium between the women's and men's hockey games.

"Friar Hockey has a rich history, and Alumni Weekend is a special opportunity to bring our hockey family together," said Steve Napolillo, Athletic Director of Providence College. This year, we are thrilled to celebrate two incredible milestones—the 50th Anniversary of our Women's Hockey Program and the 10th Anniversary of our Men's National Championship team. It's a chance to honor the legacy of these programs, reconnect with our alumni, and inspire the next generation of Friars. We look forward to seeing everyone on February 22nd for this celebration!"

- All Women's Hockey Alumni in attendance will be introduced during the first intermission.
- Admission is FREE for this game.
- Location: Ryan School of Business Atrium
- All Women's and Men's Hockey Alumni, Families, and Friends are invited to attend.
- Food will be served, and a cash bar will be available.
- A short speaking program will begin at approximately 4:45 PM.
- All Men's and Women's Hockey Alumni in attendance will be introduced during the first intermission.
