Women's Basketball Releases 2021-22 Non-Conference Schedule

The Friars will play seven of their nine regular-season non-conference games at Alumni Hall.
The Providence College women's basketball program released its 2021-2022 non-conference schedule today [Sept. 16]. The Friars will host an exhibition game against NCAA Division II Bentley University on Nov. 3. The regular-season slate consists of nine non-conference games, seven of which will be played at Alumni Hall /Â Mullaney Gymnasium in Providence, R.I.

The Friars officially open the regular-season schedule on Nov. 9 against Yale in Providence, R.I., before hitting the road to face Maine on Nov. 13. The match-up against the Black Bears will be held at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, Maine.
Providence will return to Alumni Hall to host a five-game home stand beginning on Nov. 17 against intra-state rival Rhode Island. The Friars will then host ACC and regional foe Boston College (Nov. 20), followed by UMass (Nov. 23), Monmouth (Nov. 28) and Hartford (Dec. 1).
The Friars leave the friendly confines of Alumni Hall to make a short trip across the city to face Brown on Dec. 8, before finishing up non-conference action at home against Quinnipiac (Dec. 11).
