Providence College Well-Represented On 2020-21 BIG EAST All-Academic Team

A total of 175 student-athletes earned BIG EAST All-Academic Team honors for the Friars.
Providence, R.I.— The BIG EAST released its 2020-21 BIG EAST All-Academic Team on July 20 and the list included 233 student-athletes from Providence College.
To be eligible for the honor, a nominee must have competed in a BIG EAST-sponsored sport, attained a minimum grade-point average of 3.00 for the preceding academic year, and completed a minimum of two consecutive semesters or three consecutive quarters of academic work, with a total of 18 semester or 27 quarter credits, not including remedial courses.
In total, 3,075 student-athletes earned BIG EAST All-Academic Team honors in 2020-21, including 175 individuals who represent the league as affiliate members.
