HAMDEN, Conn. - The Providence College women's tennis team fell to 1-6 overall this season after a 5-2 setback against Quinnipiac on Wednesday (April 7) in Hamden, Conn.
Providence earned the doubles point to begin the match as
Julia Migliorini and
Haley Gurski earned a 6-1 win in the No. 1 doubles position. The duo of

Vannelie Melendez secured the doubles point with a 7-6 (8) win.

Mimi Dailey earned the long singles win for the Friars, earning a three-set victory by scores of 4-6, 6-1, 6-1.
