PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Hockey East on Friday (March 12) announced its all-star teams for the 2020-21 season. Providence College junior forward
Tyce Thompson (Milford, Conn.) was named a Second Team Hockey East All-Star for the second-consecutive season.
Thompson leads the Friars in scoring during the 2020-21 season with 22 points on 10 goals and 12 assists in 23 games played. The junior has also recorded three power-play goals, a shorthanded goal and a game-winning goal this season while leading the team with 71 shots on goal.
A Hobey Baker Award nominee and Walter Brown Award semifinalist, Thompson will appear in his 100
th NCAA on Sunday as Providence visits UConn in the Hockey East Quarterfinals.
