Swimming And Diving's Justin Viotto Earns BIG EAST Weekly Award

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Sophomore Justin Viotto (Morristown, N.J.) was named the BIG EAST Swimming and Diving Male Athlete of the Week. This is Viotto's second time receiving the recognition in his career and his first of this season. The sophomore found himself atop the leaderboard in the 1,000-yard freestyle (9:48.98) and the 200-yard butterfly (1:55.66) in Saturday's meet against Villanova.
 
The Providence College men's and women's swimming and diving team will head to Worcester, Mass. where they will face Holy Cross on Saturday, January 18.
