Lyft to Offer Pick-Up and Drop-Off Location for Men's Hockey Home Games

The new pick-up and drop-off location will debut on Saturday against UMass.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Lyft, one of the most recognizable rideshare companies, will now offer a pick-up and drop-off location for Providence College men's hockey games at Schneider Arena this season.
The in-app geofence for Friar hockey games will go live in the hours leading up to puck drop and end within hours after the game concludes. The pick-up and drop-off location will be located outside the west entrance of Schneider Arena (student entrance).
The new Lyft pick-up/drop-off location, in addition to the new policy of beer and wine sales at Schneider Arena, will enhance the gameday experience for fans and offer a safe and affordable option for transportation to and from Friar hockey games.
