PROVIDENCE, R.I.--Providence College men's basketball Head Coach Ed Cooley has announced the dates for the 2012 Ed Cooley basketball camp. The camp will offer three different types of packages for players and parents to attend.

The first camp offered is the Father/Son overnight. On June 22 and 23rd, you and your son/sons will be able to have fun playing basketball and learning fundamentals while spending quality time together. The overnight package allows both of you to be able to room together in the campus housing. The pricing of this camp is $175 per person.

There will be two day camps offered from June 25-29 and August 6-10 for children between the ages of 6-15. For the price of $275, the students will work on ball handling, balance, defense, dribbling, rebounding, passing, and shooting. The teams will be coached by college coaches, high school coaches, and college players.

The overnight camp will take place between July 11-14. Students will room with another player and live in the dorms on campus. The staff-student ratio will range from 1:8 to 1:10 during the camp and in the dorm rooms. Special guests will make appearances to share their secrets and stories with the campers. Students will also go to various stations for individual instructions and have individual competitions. This camp is offered for students between the ages of 9-17 for $375.
